Following the claim, I was directed by my Unipol Sai agent Tony Salamida of the Pietro Panaro agency in Bari, to the Pacello partner workshop. Despite having a Ford car, the Pacello workshop has reserved the same treatment that it applies to the brands they own. They reserved attention and precision at the highest levels. The bodywork and mechanics technicians were of excellent quality. An applause goes to Claudio Argese from the bodywork department, Giacomo Nitti for logistics and captain Gianvito Nitti who were punctual in providing detailed information during the repair phases.
