Unfortunately, my experience is not the best. I bought a van daily and I commissioned the bodywork with a tow hook. Van and box are as I requested, while the tow hook has been mounted 40 cm inside the box and I can not hook any cart. I contacted the seller (rude person, typical seller who cashed and now who cares) that tells me to contact the company that has made preparation FRANZETTI Bari. I called and a manager tells me that if you have to make changes you have to pay . I call my seller and he tells me that nothing can be done !!!! I'm really disappointed after paying € 50,000 this is thanks, assistance ZERO .... Clearly I will not stop here, I will contact federconsumatori to assert my reasons in the appropriate locations.
