We enter the store, me and my partner, and we ask for information on a piece to complete our Venetian kitchen kitchens to adapt to a new environment and ... without even understanding exactly our need we are told "it would be better to contact your old dealer , (it is so effectively that new customers are made!) ... because if you were our customers..ok, we could be of help also with particular discounts, if you are not .... (!!!!!) ( Arrange yourself! ??) " Anyway, it happens then the need (which no longer deserved the initial welcome grin as you entered to buy only a piece and not an entire kitchen) make an estimate, finally, with an exaggerated cost for the requested piece (but this it is not their fault); then we ask to have a quote with a similar piece of a producer of less high standing to have a reduced cost (we are at 600 euros starting which could be halved to about 300/400) ... they greet us saying that they would contact and write us supplying the new price quotation... This two weeks ago ... we are still aspettando..ma think they will not get to hear. Reading our bad experience I hope can help you understand the "special treatment" that can be reserved for you in this store. Too bad because the items for sale are definitely quality by brand and vision models. Unfortunately the good product is not always sufficient. I too am a commercial but certain ways of approaching the client (which may be more or less good and more or less potentially good in the future) I do not understand them at all.
