We hospitalized our 16 year old little dog for a vestibular problem this week and he was treated very well. Doctor Venturelli was super helpful right from the start and treated him as if he were hers ... He improved a lot and having him at home is a joy. Having a place where you can always count on the 24h assistance of qualified doctors is really priceless

I brought it a week ago .. My kitten but I have out in the countryside ... We didn't know what he had and what had happened to him .. He was spitting blood .. As soon as we arrived they told us that it was probably a trauma ... It was put in oxygen ... With hydration and a sedative ... Assuming that we didn't have much economic possibility, unfortunately .. We were told that it was not possible to do an x-ray immediately but that we had to leave it in oxygen for 4 days at 80 euros a day .. If he survived they would have done after 4 days x-rays and exams ... We left him one day in oxygen .. And the next day we saw the very high costs we could not leave him there for 4 days ... The options we have given was to entrust it to a cattery and then lose the cat ... In that case they would have treated him without cost ... We were told that he had recovered a bit by being in oxygen and that leaving him to rest at home he could also do it. .. So they made us sign to take it against their opinion. .. They gave us the cat directly removing it from the oxygen .. And we asked him if maybe it was not the case to lower the oxygen slowly but they said no ... After 10 minutes in the car the cat died ... We are encouraged perhaps mistakenly by the fact that it had stabilized a little and does not vomit blood anymore, we decided to take it to us ... thinking ke if we ever saw that it worsens we would have brought it back ... But we didn't I didn't even have time to do it ... By this I mean that in this clinic I only saw the desire to earn and no love for animals .. If you can't afford to pay ... Then you don't have much choice or you abandon it or you let him die 😢

Very bad experience. My dog with heart disease had evident heart failure and the night doctor did not recognize the seriousness of the situation. Without even visiting her and without consulting her medical records, the doctor dismissed the situation with carelessness by declaring that it was generic symptoms, that "the heart has no problems" and sending her home. The dog continued to feel unwell, we had to bring her back a second time in the morning and she died a few hours later. No assessment, no therapy, 340 € bill for the "service".

€ 600 for three days of hospitalization, hydration, 2 ultrasound scans, 1 sedation that was agreed NOT to do, 1 x-ray; to NOT have a diagnosis, NOT to be heard in our reporting obvious neurological symptoms focusing instead on very normal stools that simply had to be expelled and then sent back to another even more expensive center. I cannot understand the exorbitant costs of veterinary care and the unilateral decision to carry out further and unnecessary expensive examinations without being consulted. I try but I can't.
