Simoncar sas and Mussoni auto srl: kind, competent, reliable. Not only for simple information, but above all when I needed assistance for major breakdowns and failures, even economically: replacement of the automatic gearbox lever with related sensors (repair amount: € 188.37 + 753.47 = 941.84) and gearbox automatic (repair amount: € 645 + 260 + 3,400 = 4,305.00) completely overhauled following breakage of the same. The car (Mercedes GLK 220 CDI 4 Matic) is used (registered in October 2010) and in good condition, but breakdowns are always possible. The car was sold with OPTEVEN insurance on certain breakdowns in the amount of 80 percent of the amount recognized. This is to understand that the coverage is not (and cannot be) total for the age of the car and here the sharing of the various subjects comes into play ... Everyone. With patience (two and a half months of downtime in the case of the automatic gearbox), commitment and balance, each one put his own economic share, reaching everyone's satisfaction for having solved these fault situations. As far as I am aware, not all sellers have this FACTIVE availability and commitment to resolve faults that occurred to the customer during the period of the annual warranty due ... Authorized thieves! I took Mercedes for service a few months ago. And they didn't change the oil or the filters. They just cleaned them well so they looked new and refilled with oil. Thieves!
