Bad. They do the interview, they call to confirm that you have been chosen, they say they call back to agree on the contract and then they disappear. If you try to call back they say that they are calling you back to a / a phantom / colleague who takes care of your application and never calls you back. If you try to call back they keep saying the same thing and there is no chance of being able to contact them. Truly shameful.
