I state that I did not know this dealership and that it was my first Renault. I was positively surprised by the friendliness and availability of the sales service, to the point of proceeding with the purchase. Very satisfied with the choice and also with the subsequent intervention of the workshop for a problem with the air conditioning system. Already here I would have awarded 5 deserved stars. But it is precisely after a short time that the high value of the assistance of the workshop has been able to manifest itself, following an accident that has seriously compromised the mechanics of the car. I got high-value support from Mrs. Raffaella, to whom my public thanks go for doing her utmost with professionalism and empathy, which go beyond her official duty. Despite the logistical difficulties and the uncertainties of the moment regarding the supply times of spare parts, I know I can count on valid help. Thanks Raffaella.
