I had an urgent problem with my smart and when I went to them for help I was treated rude. I solved it elsewhere and they will never see me. I specify that I had the key that did not come out and the ignition remained on. leave it unattended while I asked for help, with the anxiety that they might take it away because it would start in any case. I did not expect to pass in front of everyone, but not even to be answered by the reception lady to go for a coffee or grocery shopping knowing the problem that I exposed to her and that is that the key remained stuck in the dashboard and therefore at the mercy of anyone.I turned to another point and the urgency happens, they solved the problem in twenty minutes! When you respond to reviews say the truth, not what suits you best to keep customers.

Bad experience, Thursday 8 October just before lunch I order, through my mechanic of trust, a spare part for the smart and I am assured of delivery of the same for the afternoon of Friday 9. In the afternoon I go to the workshop and I am informed by the mechanic that the spare part has not yet been delivered.We begin to call the cami in Pomezia and after a sea of ​​delusional apologies I learn that the spare part had been entrusted to a courier who, however, was currently in Naples as a delivery area ... aside from the mockery of rebuffing responsibilities here and there, but why wasn't I immediately told there were problems with the delivery instead of making far-fetched excuses? from ostia, where I live and where I have my trusted workshop in Pomezia, I am just 20 km away and I would have gone quietly to collect the spare part. Now I am without a car from Friday to Monday, if all goes well, inclusive. It does not seem like a professional way of treating a customer who pays, sometimes it would be enough to say "we had an inconvenience and we apologize" than inventing stories as trivial as they are ridiculous. We hope that Monday will be able to resolve this, for me, a very annoying inconvenience, Happy weekend to everyone and in particular to those who can spend it with their own car.
