I have instructed Mr. Michele Pezzano to sell a car. I must emphasize the great fairness and competence. He helped me in all ways, also showing great sensitivity from a personal point of view (the car in question had an emotional value). Ordered a machine ready for delivery, almost a month to deliver it. At 25 km I had to change the gearbox, after less than 1 month and a half I have the same gearbox problem again.
To be replaced again.
I only say this.
They are absolutely not serious, I contacted them for spare parts and they told me to send an email with attached photos ... obviously done ... after 3 months and various reminders they did not even deign to answer!
Professional kind and always available
Outrageous. In addition to not eliminating the oil leakage, they left me the crankcase without a screw and a broken bolt on the engine block. In order not to show it, they put another shorter one attached with the black paste to the broken one. He also left the hub nuts which keep the joints loose so after a while they make noise and one comes back to them.
