With great regret I must say that my experience with this dealership has been negative. I ordered a car at the end of July with delivery in 20 days (I also accepted a color that I don't like very much in order to have a quick delivery), I actually received it on November 2, after some reminders that were only listened to when I pointed out that the 60-day grace period had passed and the concessionaire was then considered in default. And yes that I had turned to them precisely because of the usually short delivery times, witnessed by my brother-in-law and a friend who bought the car there the year before with delivery to 20 days, even reduced to 7 for my brother-in-law, and from a colleague who this year ordered one after mid-August and left on 3 September for the holidays. When the delivery finally took place, there was no polite gesture to repay my wait, no gadgets. I even had to ask for a keychain for the key that was given to me like this, without a single ring to attach it to mine. For the first time in my life I asked myself: will it be a coincidence that the positive experiences I met were attributable only to men? A woman, alone, not very attractive, who pays in cash and who usually does not "make a big voice" out of respect for the work of others, can also wait, right?
This morning I was to do the second service of my Focus Vignale at Carpoint di Pomezia, I wanted to thank the workshop technician Matteo, who took care of my car in an exemplary way, with professionalism, punctuality, performing a perfect and clean job, really congratulations , his way of working convinced me to become your client even if I'm not very close. I also wanted to thank Carlo, the technician who takes care of the acceptance and diagnosis before delivering the car to the workshop, as always competent, very professional and very kind. Thank you all. More and more convinced that I have done well to bond with Ford for 21 years now.
I was expecting a decent offer, practically the proposed price included scrapping and incentive included but in reality it was the full price of the car. I thought he was wrong, obviously all verbally without a piece of paper. Okay, maybe I'll come back for the real quote to see if there are or they do. In my opinion it was late and on a Saturday.
Whoever puts that qualified staff makes me laugh when I read those comments .... Circus staff make you laugh. If I have to advise qualified personnel go to Spinaceto or Pisana and this also for the workshop department

But is it possible that there is no way to contact support by phone? I will have made 20 calls without anyone ever answering, but how do you work ?!
