I bought a 2015 Dacia, Duster, 1.5 dCi 110CV 4x2 Lauréate I state that being from Foggia and the Motor Emotion dealership is in Pomezia, the purchase of the car was made by telephone. I contact the owner of the dealership, Mr. Alessandro in the first fortnight of August. Mr. Alessandro, very kind and helpful, immediately makes himself available by giving me all the information regarding the car. He sends me via Whatsapp the photo of the booklet and the videos of the car both from the outside and from the inside and also the sound of the engine. You notice a small hole in the upholstery where the upholsterer is promptly repaired, and off with another video with the seat repaired .. Really very kind. I feel confident and immediately block the car by making a transfer. Days go by, mid-August and holidays. Finally the day arrives to collect the car and from Foggia I go to Pomezia. Unfortunately, I can't get to know Mr. Alessandro in person as he is on vacation, but I know the owner's collaborator and sister, Mrs. Pamela, very kind, helpful and very well-trained in the sector, who shows me which car was seen up to at that moment only in photos and videos. The car appeared as it had been described both on the website and in the videos and photos received via Whatsapp. They give me the car with a certified invoice for the service carried out. On a personal level we enjoyed the informal and friendly environment, where we felt totally at ease. I highly recommend it.
