Excellent structure. Good organization of spaces and courses. Friendly and adequate staff. Changing rooms and showers clean and in good condition. Central for those living in Pomezia and equipped with adjacent parking lots in adequate quantities

Excellent center to train practically in all disciplines, from body building to swimming pool, from fitness to dance etc .. equipped with various car parks, one of which is covered and guarded. Although it is located in the center of the city, it is very large. Competitive prices with reception staff able to make personalized payments. Good instructors in all disciplines, but if you do not "find" it is possible to find a solution through the girls at the desk equipped with internal bar and large spa area
