PLEASE ... Contact this company after hearing the advertisement on a Roman radio note ... On May 28, 2 technicians from this company come to check my air conditioner, they tell me that the same has a problem and that I work for fix it would have come 350 euros, at that point they strongly advise me to buy a new one and that the installation made by them would come 200 euros ... I pay the 50 euros of call and they tell me that if I had them fit the new one, they would get me off the bill, the next day I go and buy a new air conditioner, then I contact them for the appointment but they reply that they would call me back, the next day they still contact me to fix the appointment but the secretary tells me that the technician will it was wrong and that the installation of the new air conditioner was 300 euros and not 200, I try to explain to him that I had gone to buy a new one because the technicians had told me that price but she replies that and I had to talk to her about the prices ... So why do your technicians go around saying prices? Am I the one who has to worry about who says the right price? At the end of the discussion I say that there is nothing, that unfortunately that seems to me a real lack of seriousness, and the secretary's answer was: why have you always been serious about it for life? At that point I attack the phone and goodbye ....

INAPIDABILI !!! I had read the negative reviews but didn't want to believe it at all. Telephone for an installation and the secretary gives me an appointment. Obviously, I take a day off to be available for the agreed date. I emptied and turned the house upside down to make it easily accessible to work and what happens? No one arrives at the agreed time ... I am thinking of a simple delay and not even the shadow of these gentlemen. No one who warned me for professional correctness or at least for education. I call and no one answers the phone ... The worst thing is that even later they didn't bother to apologize. If this is their business card, I consider myself lucky to have lost only one day off and have not installed anything in my house .... Otherwise I imagine the rest. I also learned the lesson ... to take seriously the judgments of the people of the net!

Unfortunately, I trusted the reviews I read. I had a problem with my Samsung air conditioner that I had to recharge in October. After a month the air conditioner stopped again and so I turned to NEW ITC confident of the reviews in November. couple of weeks for the first date and when the owner came with a worker he immediately told me that it was out of gas (but come on ??) and that, however, needed a lot of time to put pressure on the plant and find the loss. then made to fix a new appointment by the secretary after a week, but when the attendant showed up again, with great amazement the same one had come looking for the loss of "methane" gas (??). Two appointments went up in smoke = permits work burned for myself. So I call again and please pay attention and then set a new appointment for December 21 but the day before call me again the holder and I re hurts that was messed up with work and fixes a new appointment for the 28.On the phone as well as fix the appointment, the owner tells me that I had better done a new line of tubing, at least I would have saved time and money.Io not being of the trade and trusting him I stupidly consented and the 28 came two employees who made a second line of pipes (outside the walls and bear in mind that the house had been completely renovated 2 years ago so I cried my heart to see the outer and inner channel to the room ...) that according to his would have solved the problem for the next 100 years ... (!!!) The intervention cost me 300 euros (recharge + new line), but after a week the air conditioner is downloaded again. At that point I recall the owner who answers me by saying that then the problem was the air conditioner (but come on ??? !!!). I kept calm and said: "okay, I ruined a room, I threw 300 euros, now I buy one another conditioner and I'll mount it, right? " and he said yes ... we took another appointment even on January 28. The day before I called him to recommend me to eliminate the horrible line of external piping and to restore the old one (inside the cavity) but here he came out out the best of him ... he told me that the 28 (ie the next day) could not come and that anyway I would have to pay him the new intervention. There was a heated discussion but after a few days he told me that he would have walked out the old air conditioner and mounted the new and that it would have taken the material of the new piping line. We are at 18/02 (3 months later) and I have not yet solved, it has not responded to 3 messages and to an email. , after having written to him that I was tired of being mocked, his answer was: "My grandfather used to say You draw the conclusions, but I think it is correct to spend 30 min to write a real review and put you on alert.Oviamen I will now hire a lawyer and an expert to assess the damage.

The workers are professional while the owner and the secretaries have the bad habit of giving appointments and changing them without warning. I had a Vaillant boiler fitted with chronothermostat included for a total cost of 1600.00 euros on 10/01/2019 Once the assembly was finished I immediately noticed several problems, the radiators did not get hot and there were problems even with the water, dented boiler panel. Promptly contact them by sending a nice email with all problems identified and despite this, I send the company the day after the assembly a nice bank transfer with the agreed amount. After several reminders send the technician on 31/01/2019. At present I am still waiting for me to replace the boiler panel. Given my experience I advise them in the most absolute way.
