By purchasing a pair of shoes for mine I was able to appreciate the sympathy of the orders and their professionalism in advising me on the purchase. But above all I found out where the magic mirror of the witch from the fairy tale "snow white and the seven dwarfs" ended up ..... na just me fat 'sicc sicc !!!!!!

For years now I buy in this shop, very kind and friendly staff, they know how to help you for any doubt. Very nice girls Valeria and Jennifer, always very helpful, too bad Rossella is gone, she too was a golden saleswoman.

I have been buying in various AW LAB stores for years and I have always been happy with both the products and the great courtesy, but today, you have really outdone yourself. I am still upset as well as almost moved by your unstoppable desire to solve a huge problem of mine, referred to a purchase (which I do not want to report), you activated immediately, for a whole day just to be satisfied, .... the beauty is that in the end, when everything worked out for the best, you were as happy as me ....
