Un net work.
As a customer of the I found myself badly. At first they make you pay little, and besides the services they offer you are not easy, like the online courses they give you to do, and when you need explanations they don't think of you. I hope that if I have an inspection or an injury, at least let them see you in the company. Then I don't like that I discovered that they made me sign a 5-year contract with a penalty of 5,000 euros if I leave before, with small print.
Zero professionalism. I called for an interview at an agreed time and I waited for an hour without having any explanations from the receptionist who was talking quietly on the phone without bothering me or the same customers in the queue. In the meantime, embarrassed employees did not want to call me a manager. Not to mention that the interviews make them a doctor (so without any competence in this regard).
In short: stay away! Bad company and staff!
They call me for an interview at the Turin office and propose me a job, but for the interview they give me an appointment at the Bitonto office.
I arrive in Bitonto, they don't know who I was (a serious and organized company is aware that Mr. xxxxxxxx arrives for the job xxxxxx at xx.xx), the interview focuses on the original position for which I applied, but the call received previously is not for the job discussed in the interview session.
More organization and seriousness in personnel selection! A chaos!
I was at an interview by these gentlemen and I found 0 professionalism without speaking to me about the company or the sought after figures despite having asked him several times. cleared in 4 minutes.
