They don't even answer the phone: I've been trying to communicate for two days but everything is useless. It just means they have too many customers and don't want public contact. I put 1 because I can't put 0.

You broke yourself and your cabbage organization. One calls to book and you don't answer, he comes in and you don't let him in if he hasn't booked and then you see "free" people wandering all the time and that at least one hell of a call could answer !!! Shameful !!

Is it shameful they don't answer even after they do stand on hold and then ask to open an account ???? I gave it a star but it would be zero stars

There is no use in calling. Nobody ever answers. this forces the customer to go to the agency for information etc. that could be quickly resolved by phone. I suggest at least delete the phone number in all of the sites regarding the Agency of the bank.

It seems that the employees of this bank are the only ones to work in this period. They treat customers sufficiently or even with little attention and rudeness, wasting hours and hours of work for the simple reason that it is impossible to book an appointment over the phone. I will take action.
