Staff disinterested in customer needs. It almost seems like they do you a favor when you use their services, while the employees strut with an air of knowing and detachment towards those who want to bring their money inside the facility. Banks usually carry you on the palm of your hand in order to keep the customer, they do not care at all, on the contrary, they make sure that the latter moves away, for the benefit of other banking institutions. I believe that the Banca Nazionale del Lavoro has nothing to lose with branches of this nature.

The worst bnl branch in Italy designed to change a very simple current account within the same 13 months have passed and the transition to the new one has not yet been completed and despite the reminders to the managers I am not contacted. I state that my mother is an invalid joint holder of this account. In a normal country, a normal company would send them all home starting with the agency manager.

Bad experience. Contacted by the branch, after an appointment I am greeted by Mrs. rude, grumpy, pedantic not at all interested in the needs of the customer.

The worst BNL office in Piedmont. Left on foot, without money, the saleswoman, because that is what she should do in life, she answers screams in the face of new customers, and when she makes a mistake she doesn't even admit it. I say but do you do aptitude and motivational tests to your employees or do you choose them based on the level of anger and frustration? Because in the second case you are doing well. If I were in the manager I would wonder why business is going so badly and the answer is simple. C and who row against the institute inside the headquarters. The BNL headquarters would be advised.
