Zero attention to the customer! Here is my experience: Today, at my first problem (my user code has been blocked and customer service has been calling me for a week and they tell me they will call me back as soon as possible, never happened) I call to find out information and to know my balance, not being able to see it since a week and thinking that my family banker (with whom I met) could tell me or at least unlock it. Once I said my surname to this person he replies in a very unkind way that he doesn't know me ... I doubt he can remember all his customers ... in any case I ask him if by telling him all my data and those of the card would have helped me in some way (it wasn't even blocked my user code said). So it was not and luckily that is my family banker ... I remember that is my money and not knowing my balance seems absurd to me and being treated in this way by your bank was really shocking !! I strongly advise against this branch!

Saturday 30 December bank closed without notice. The sign on the door does not mention closing! Excellent approach to customers I have to say !!!
