It is true, on the phone I did not receive an answer, but using other systems to book entry to the agency, given the COVID situation, using the email, they were quick to respond, whenever I needed they made themselves available and they found a solution to my requests, the staff always made themselves available in a kind and professional way.

Unfortunately I received a bad advice, they couldn't solve a simple problem, making me miss an afternoon of work. The solution to my problem was dictated and solved by the neighboring branch belonging to the same bank. I noticed little professionalism despite being followed by two officials.
