Reasonable customer service, but would not conduct a compression test on my car when requested, suggesting they knew best. There is a known problem with the VW cfca engine and a compression test is a good way to check if mine is affected. They had not heard of this problem and dismissed my request.

Greetings to all the Pastorino Staff! I picked up my company Tiguan yesterday, with collection and payment of my ,, old ,, car! I especially thank S-r Michele Terrazzano, who followed my practice with great professionalism and patience, and finished everything flawlessly !. I had very clear ideas about what I was looking for and I had traveled around Liguria for a while ... One day I am attracted by an ad on a well-known car trading site and I decide to ask for information. Mr AGU from pastorino srl contacted me in a short time and offered me the car I wanted under exceptional conditions. I haven't thought about it twice ... I bought the new Tiguan ... Pastorino srl literally surprised me for the attention to the customer and the services rendered. Coming from Genoa, Mr. AGU kindly waited for me at the station and followed me step by step in the delivery of the vehicle. The administration and the back office (Elisa and Cinzia) managed to deliver the vehicle to me in just 4 days ... I am fully satisfied and I am sure that I will return in the future ...
