One of the few gyms in Canosa worthy of being called a "gym". Lots of equipment and above all excellent trainers. The pilates, Just pump and functional lessons are interesting. If you want to feel good it takes a lot of movement and this is the right place. The only drawback is that perhaps I will never be able to understand is that 70/80% of subscribers really have enormous difficulties in saying a simple "hello" or "good evening" ....... Posterity will judge.
