Following a boiler failure we contacted 3 service. A technician arrived who after more than two hours could not understand what the boiler had. At that point, given the time and the risk of being left in the cold and without hot water in the middle of winter and with a one year old baby, we insisted on calling someone to intervene and solve the problem! So, the worker goes away and returns after an hour with a "computer" colleague (so called by the worker himself) who after another hour and a half and various tests manages to fix it in some way! Momentarily unfortunately, as we had to call them the following days as well (the call log is authentic) because the boiler continued to heat the water wrapped yes not, giving errors on the main panel! The fact is that since that moment the boiler has never heated the second floor, a boiler with 5 years of life in a newly built building! Nobody came to solve the problem anymore, the bill was paid, even salty, paying € 350 because, according to them, two workers showed up and therefore had to pay double! In truth, the two workers did not come from the beginning, but the second came to the rescue of the first who was unable to solve the problem! So the fault is not ours! Rather! Unfortunately, the boiler is completely replaced at our expense of course, with another company as it is unusable after their intervention! We logically will not turn to your services anymore and if I could I would give you ZERO STARS! But you can't! I remain of the opinion that professionalism, HONESTY and CORRECTNESS cannot be bought with any school in the world! I certainly do not recommend the work of this company! And the owner does not go down even the negative reviews and sends an intimidating letter from the lawyer to delete the reviews! 02/10/2020 You don't know what it's about! The boiler stopped working immediately after your intervention in the upper part (the heating). You have been contacted several times to come and fix it (the call list is authentic) without any intervention on your part! The second worker arrived not because of the distance of the boiler to the panel which is a stratospheric nonsense you say, but because the first worker after 2 hours was not able to fix it or even understand what he had! I also remind you that she was not present, but we were 3 in the house! So, I don't know what her employees told her! One has to ask why today we still have no heating upstairs and the boiler will be replaced in days! As much as my reviews that you have quietly allowed yourself to copy and put here, well, you will have to explain it to our lawyer, but still it proves that my reviews are true and not written to raise the stars for companies for free! Too bad it didn't even put positive reviews! However, everything she's doing (including the ridiculous letter from the lawyer she sent us for an imaginary defamation) proves the kind of person she is! No offense, beware that the racism you continue to demonstrate towards us can cost you dearly as it is punishable by law! Greetings and take a bath of humility! Everyone can make mistakes, but making mistakes and pretending to be right is a demonstration of low intelligence as well as arrogance! Get a reason and calm down with this question and answer on the web! If negative reviews bother you, you start working well and respecting customers!
