Purchased sofa on January 12, 2020, delivered on June 26, 2020. I understand the covid but 5 months for a sofa is INCONCEPTIBLE. Then let's not talk about the zero assistance, I go to the Foggia store, where they took the pennies, they tell me CALL bari, I had relationships with them and I have to get by between calls and teasing every 10 days. But let's talk about the sofa, a quality that has disappointed me, the seller who has OMITTED to inform us that the sofa is in 3 parts, in fact it moves everything, the left armrest all squeezed for transport, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, not even the name is left, you know that figures abroad! Change your mindset that bankruptcy is around the corner.
