Fully equipped box very close to the sea with an owner, Michele, very helpful, prepared and who transmits all his love for training. Possibility both to participate in crossfit classes and to train independently; complete with all the necessary equipment for any workout. Highly recommended

One of the pits where crossfit is not a reason for competition, but for personal growth and fun. Suitable for all ages, because the coach teaches us to improve ourselves and overcome every little limit every time.

Excellent crossfit box, instructors prepared and always available, you learn complex movements from gymnastics and weightlifting, greatly improving your state of shape. It is suitable for everyone, from the athlete to the elderly. Clean place, top equipment.
