AXA does not pay the claims! Eye before doing insurance policies with this company! They are now 11 years after the disaster that hit my family due to a fire, they hide behind lawyers and lawsuits that never end. In order not to liquidate, they do everything. I strongly advise against it!

I still continue today, at 1.30 pm on 13 August, to call the Agency, but a registered voice tells me only that the employees are available to customers "every day from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 19.00 ". This from Monday 11. For those who do not understand the Italian language, the same message is also repeated in French. I don't think I misunderstood, but the availability of the General Agency is not the one stated in the message, in the same way as the compensation, as declared in advertising, is not punctual. Good evening and good work, ops !, maybe I should say good vacation, but if so, not everyone knows it.
