Terrible Product and Terrible Service. Our University bought the IR-EO plug-and-play dual camera gimbal from DroneBase. It took over 5 months to arrive, was posted to a different state over 1,000 miles away (I had to chase it up and rectify this) and arrived missing many parts (no screens, no mounts, no transmitter). After numerous emails, they sent some of the missing parts, but the gimbal controls do not work, and they will not respond to emails or reply to phone calls about the problems. They will take your money and leave you with equipment that does not work, and they don't care. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! I

I wish I could give them an A+ for the drone I bought. I will definitely recommend them.

Our garden is a big size which requires a lot of maintenance and control from time to time, and dronebase provided a top quality Multi Sensor with FullHD 30x Zoom Camera for us to save time and money. Our garden check was also very complete!

I have purchased the Gemini gimbal for my DJI inspire - it does not work - the image quality is terrible, there is no after sales service, I have emailed, called, messaged, I’m simply ignored. I’ve now had to involve an Italian associate to act as a contact to resolve. Stay away, you will get burned.
