Franco, the owner, presents a gym complete with tools and machinery. Impeccable daily cleaning, attention and care for the smallest detail. Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, even in the summer months. Courtesy and professionalism, like feeling at home. The absolute best: Middia's Gym!

Full gym, owner and instructor (Franco) is professional and competent. Excellent value for money. I am an occasional goer and when I am in the area I never fail to train in this gym because in the holidays it is always open.

Excellent gym, complete with tools and machinery. The best in the city in my opinion, as there are no pre-established entry and exit times, as it is always open (24h / 24h)
