Personally, I found some trained staff who always gave me correct information and helped me in managing the files. As often happens, but in ALL the banks where I have been, the process of the questions does not always succeed immediately. We must have patience, it is often not the fault of the agency itself, but of bureaucracy. They fully deserve my trust.

If I could not even deserve a star, important information such as closed box random should be delivered to customers. It has always been a great disservice to know them before the transfer, and because they are also able to charge me the adverse interest of a day.
