We went through the opening of an account, we were told to make an appointment.
Once fixed through the call center, we return the following week, after having taken the second morning from work, to discover that the appointment had been made with a non-existent person. We will have had to wait a week again, counting the third morning lost at work speaking.
Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.
I give a star to the mortgage advisor who in addition to being very arrogant from wrong information does not want to work beyond treating a customer badly. I do not invest even 1 cent in this bank as I have been scorned for the kind of work I do! Dear consultant, I don't name you for privacy
