Bad !! given the word to keep the car confidential in order to go and buy it over the weekend, after all the clarifications and confirmations, a message arrives and no more reply that the car in question has been sold. NOBODY told me that the car was of interest to more people and I was NOT told it would take a deposit, otherwise I would have made a remote transfer even if at a distance, without even having seen the car, just to buy it !!

We bought a car a month ago, we talked to Serena who was clear and helpful. With little warning I asked if it was possible to anticipate the delivery date compared to the established day and there were no problems. I was also reserved an advantageous service for the scrapping of my old car. Council.

Incorrect and devoid of professional ethics. I went this Friday by appointment at Candy Car to view a used car. Being the manager (Serena) absent, the father made me try the car. Faced with my interest in the car, I was told that I should speak to Serena, who deals with commercial negotiations. I tried to contact Serena in vain for the whole day, leaving the voicemail message and sending an SMS. No reply. I wasn't even contacted, however over the weekend I found that the ad had been removed and the car sold to a buyer who showed up after me. In an attempted telephone clarification I was told that they do not have time to contact the buyers, but whoever first leaves a deposit wins the vehicle. Questionable choices. A matter of ethics.
