I had a great time. Excellent car. Serena, albeit of few words, was clear and professional. Dad is a kind person and he solved a small problem in a flash.

Bad !! given the word to keep the car confidential in order to go and buy it over the weekend, after all the clarifications and confirmations, a message arrives and no more reply that the car in question has been sold. NOBODY told me that the car was of interest to more people and I was NOT told it would take a deposit, otherwise I would have made a remote transfer even if at a distance, without even having seen the car, just to buy it !!

We bought a car a month ago, we talked to Serena who was clear and helpful. With little warning I asked if it was possible to anticipate the delivery date compared to the established day and there were no problems.
