Italy has so many great churches, it's easy to get fatigued with them. Not with this one though. The interior is incredibly interesting. The architecture is also interesting, being a series of smaller areas rather than one huge space. Definitely worth seeing

Beautifully serene church. Last mass on Sunday usually begins at 19:30 and ends before 20:30. Because of COVID everyone must wear a mask before entering and at most two people are allowed in a pew, there are markers letting you know where you're allowed to sit.

Sensational. A must see in Turin.

The Santuario della Consolata (Church of the Virgin of the Consolation), a masterpiece of Baroque art, is one of the oldest churches in Turin. In its bell tower, you can find the largest bell in Piedmont and a saint is buried there. The sanctuary is especially devoted to the worship of the Virgin Mary, with a procession and ceremony dedicated to her every year in June.
