They're amazing! They're so awesome with my cats, and they always try to make sure that they're comfortable and happy. I also love how sweet they are, always asking about my friend (who brought me here) and trying their best to communicate with me (despite my rubbish Italian -- ahh, language barriers). They've been helpful in a pinch, too. Watching my cats while we're out of town, helping get my cats prepared to move elsewhere. They're just lovely.
