our dog has been in treatment by her for twelve years; It always seemed to us that the doctor was good but very austere to use an understatement. One day our dog passed out in the late morning, we call her worried and she says she is busy and to spend in the afternoon. We take it and it presents the situation as difficult but resolvable if we take it straight to the clinic: when they arrived there they told us that instead they were only lies because the situation was unrecoverable. So the doctor just gave us false hope. The next day we call her to tell her that she is dead and here is the beauty: not a "sorry" but only a "have they confirmed my diagnosis?". Not once does he say words of comfort in the clinic and indeed we pay the eocography of the day before in gold. Do vobis.
