Waited a little but extremely courteous

The lack of courtesy (let's say so) and the rudeness of the lady at the desk of the first floor office in respect of all people (5 people before me all treated badly) who asked her for information did not have an equal. All without ever giving clear answers to anyone and in front of waiting people.

Little availability towards the user

Bad service !!!!! Leaving aside the difficulty in taking the line, the information of the various operators contradicts each other. They tell you to wait until the file is being processed and then discover (after 20 days of waiting) that the application you made via email (according to their indications) is incomplete. Third world stuff .... I don't wish anyone had anything to do with it. Congratulations on the "professionalism"
