impossible to communicate directly with the TN offices, certificates that instead of being sent directly to the applicant are deposited in phantom computer drawers that no one finds, no response to reminder mails !!!! LONG LIVE ITALY ..........

Too bad to say the least ... after a month of e-mail reminders and online appeal for a contested practice, I call the call center at the toll-free number that recommends me to book an appointment locally to attend to the file in person with an operator. I go to the office counter at the set time, the operator records my data (5 minutes you come and go from the printer), then listens to my problem and what does it do? He tells me that he makes an appointment with the competent office !!!!! That is, I made an appointment to make another appointment! An hour of vacation and lunch break skipped .... congratulations for the streamlining of the bureaucracy! Could the appointment with the office responsible for the call center not fix me immediately?

I must say that the officials I found were all prepared and kind. The practice had jammed because of patronage, very well-trained employees solved everything for me. I never thought I'd do it but THANK YOU INPS. A special thanks to the usher chw has always directed me towards the operator best suited to my needs

Income of citizenship Bfor natives in Trentino the law is wrong I was born by mistake in Trentino or if I do not have a permanent residence due to an ineffective Pat for decades I have zero work even to clean toilets Caritas and curie social workers are only hypotheses or all or no ineffective services Cause too many incapable operators
