Never found such a grumpy, rude and unprofessional person at testing. Some people should work in a factory in front of a car not having to deal with the public .. too bad for his colleague (the technician with glasses) who has to deal with such a character every day!

I used a star because it was the only way I could give my opinion. I brought a small trolley used to make the review very little. To book I had to go to Trento (100km). It was not possible to do it on the phone or via the internet. The trolley did not pass the overhaul for an imperceptible game of the helm. Carried by the mechanic, we were told that the rudder did not need to be replaced, but did the same to avoid returning to empty. The changed pieces are in our hand to document the fact. I am aware of Mr. Nicola Graziola who allows himself to evaluate the braking of an empty trolley without using suitable instruments. I would like to point out the courtesy of mr. Sturnega Massimo and his polite approach.
