we asked for a quote to cover the cushions and the headboard of a double bed, bringing to the laboratory detailed photos of the work to be performed, we chose the material, and agreed on the final price ... with a margin of difference, according to the owner of some ten euros from what would have been when the job was finished. The following day, as agreed with the latter, we returned to the laboratory to bring the pillows and the head cover so that they could take the exact measurements to do the work. To receive us, however, there was not the person with whom we had spoken the day before, but the brother, a partner of the company, who, seeing the work to be done, asked us for a figure of more than double the amount agreed the previous day! ! finding it very embarrassing, I believe that, even if in good faith the circumstance was extremely unprofessional. experience more than NEGATIVE.
