It may seem strange to review a funeral business, but I am of the opinion that excellence should be recognized in every field. In an event of great sadness like the one that happened to us, we were assisted with great professionalism and great humanity by Matteo, who carries on his business by really putting his heart. He takes care of everything, together with his colleagues, advising but never being intrusive, trying to understand what are the needs and respecting them, doing everything to make this experience as peaceful as possible for the family. He treated us as if we had always known each other, with the grace that distinguishes him and a smile that instills tranquility, relieving us from practical tasks to focus on things really important: deserves sincere thanks that I want to make public.
