I gave her a gift. Some clothes had to be changed to get a bigger size. My daughter-in-law went back to the shop and they charged her the surcharge because I got the VIP card. It really seems absurd. I don't think I'm going back to this shop.

Considering that it is mainly frequented by mothers with small children it is not possible to spend all that time in the queue! Only 2 cases with very slow orders ... Not to mention the very small space of the shop which is impractical with a stroller.

never again in this store. very slow and disorganized orders. 1 hour and 15 minutes to change an article .. a shop mostly frequented by mothers, certain situations are scandalous .. we were different with children, I with a 4 month old baby all very small and one even pregnant.. the saleswoman who was at the checkout, seeing all these people should have speeded up instead laughed and joked as if nothing had happened .. seemed to do it on purpose .. x curiosity seen prices online and were not even convenient .. I wonder how do they live. .. then ask yourself why people buy on Amazon ..

I can't wait for my VIP card to expire and not be induced to return to this store. The assortment is good and the prices are fair, but you can't ask customers (mostly pregnant women and mothers with small children clearly) to spend 40 minutes or more in the queue, and this happens every day of the week, at all times, personally experienced more and more times. Very slow jobs, endless queues, total disorganization. Then they wonder why people prefer to buy on Amazon.
