My husband ordered two bed heads in July, one has arrived but the second has not and this company is not prepared to make a reinbursement for the second. There terms state reinbusement after 60 days but, it has now been 4 months. They have my address and my telephone number but no contact. It would seem they have no appetite for resolving issues, no communication and so far no refund. RESPONSE Why do I have to contact Customer Services? The problem has always been with PerDormire. 1. The bedhead did not arrive due to it being damaged by PerDormire. There was no communication other than the factoty is closed you will have to wait. 2. Following much remonstration they agreed to deliver another. 3. They delivered another but it had the wrong fittings and it could not be fitted to the bed. 4 Months have passed with no communication, they have my address and they have my telephone number, it is all on the invoice. 5.Their terms state no delivery after 60 days gives a full refund. 6. This customer has had neither. 7.If you intend using PerDormire you can make your own mind up but, once you have paid your money thats it. .

I run a BnB and needed two bedheads for new rooms. They were ordered and I was informed they would be in store on the 1st August, Great, if only. Problem I had guests booked for these rooms. When I went to collect there was only one and the attachements for the both. The manager had no clue as to why they had only delivered one. She insisted that she would contact Pistoia first thing in the morning. I rang the shop in the afternoon and nothing had been done, nothing. The assistant had no idea when the bedhead would arrive. I phoned the head office in Pistoia and spoke to Daniele. She promised to phone back by the end of the day with information as to where the bedhesd was and when i would receive it. Did she phone back, guess what no!!!! How this company gets 4.5 is a mystery. Looking at my experience and taking into account I am running a business what score does this company deserve? Yes. a very low one. A little like going to the shop to purchase a bed but all there is is a large empty room, perhaps that is the answer for PerDormire. The customer service is extremely poor and what is worse their staff lie to the customer. If you use this company be warned because I used it following a friend having a poor experience and the same thing happened to me. Once they have your money, that is it!!!!!!!!!!!! The next stage in this on going saga. The bedhead which should have been delivered with the other we find out had been damaged. We were told that the replacement would not be ready until sometime in September because the factory was closed. Only due to my wife remonstrating with Daniela about not getting the bedhead and being unable to use the bedroom with loss of revenue did she agree to deliver the bedhead on Saturday. You might think that this was good news. No, we are dealing with PerDormire and yes there was another problem. The bedhead arrived but they were ordered to be attached to the bed, they had even given us the male attaching slides. However, the female metal slides were not on the bedhead, hence the the bedhead could not be fitted and it had to be taken away agin. This morning my wife spoke to Daniela who refused to refund the cost of this bedhead. The question is, ' Do you think we deserve a refund in this case?' If you were us what would you expect? As an international company that prides itself on quality I am very surprised it acts like this. It might well look like we will have to go to court to get our money back but, I am sure you will be able to read all about it in La Nazione. By the way the owners response is incorrect as my wife was promised call backs both from the shop and from customer services and these were not forthcoming. Not surprisingly we are still awaiting a call from Perdormire's so called customer service about the current debacle. Message received from customer service (no call back) They are now blaming the sales woman in their shop for a 'misunderstanding'. How would you like to work for a company that blames its staff for mistakes? Still no money back and no bedhead till September!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. FEBRUARY 2018 PerDormire have not been in contact by letter or by telephone with regards what they intend to do with the bed head that has been paid for and which they are still holding. Yes, they have not refunded or delivered the headboard. It has now been 6 months and they still have not resolved the problem. I intend to continue this review until a solution is put forward by PerDormire. However, if you are thinking of purchasing from this company then please read the review and go extremely carefully because I would not want what has happened to me happen to you. UPDATE. Letter sent to Customer Services three weeks ago regarding the behead ordered in August 2017. So far there has been no response by letter, telephone. The manager of the shop just says contact Customer Services which has been done. There is still no response as of 26th March 2018. Would you want to use this company? Great news, in June Visa gave us the refund and they are now going for PerDormire!!!

I spent a year ago with my mother at this shop in via Cavalletti and the service is the worst I have ever seen, even today I went to see a single mattress and they have not changed, I did not feel comfortable I am very arrogant and without respect for customers, I went away I bought immediately here at the Lidl roundabout better price and perfect service

I had purchased my mattress a few years ago, I found myself really well. Now I have purchased a bed with a square and a half container with mattress. I liked it so much that I almost want to change mine even though it is practically new. Excellent value for money.

I just ordered a bed with a mattress. The saleswoman, Marina, was very courteous and gave me all the information I asked for with incredible kindness
