I have tried to contact them to get the tapeworm administration for my dog when flying home to London, the ladies on the telephone are horrifically rude and hang up the phone. They make no attempt to assist you. Absolutely disgusting!

One afternoon in August 2018 ... arrival from Dr. D'Ario with that little dog who is seen sleeping peacefully on the sofa. She, Mamy, had life hanging by a very, very thin thread. If Mamy is always that delicious energetic earthquake and 'thanks to the first important care of Dr. Anna who, in addition to the objective enormous professionalism, has shown (and we have shown "until yesterday") an attachment almost " visceral "for the little dog. Dr. D'Ario is like that, he releases a love for animals that is almost palpable, tangible ... I know it. On September 9th Mamy was able to celebrate his birthday ... he could not be there but, and I will NEVER get tired of repeating it, he found an Angel with a white coat who assisted her for two hours before being admitted to the clinic. I went one afternoon to pick up an examination report and there was Dr. Campagnolo who, without asking for a cent, fixed his nails. Of all the things I could say, there is only one resolute word: THANK YOU.
