A shame: incompetent staff who could not tell me what happened to the EDISU Home Desk (no info on the web and the seat of the door closed with only sheets still hanging times) and very rude (the girl who has abruptly accepted me as I am arrived in the last minutes of closure, immediately after discovering that the branch office a hundred meters from the offices, was closed in the timetable in which it had to be opened, he could not repeat anything else that "must go out, we are closed"). After calling my former home owner to know the information that they were not able to provide, and I went to the new headquarters (only at Sportello Casa, and no longer EDISU) I found a secretary who made me wait for a another person who should have given me the phantasmagorical information, that welcomed me with a nice "Miss I know nothing, the person who takes care of it is away for a course". Short, but not too much, sad story. I could not even give a star.
