Be prepared to wait... doing in the wrong queue! No information, no organization, terrible service.

SOMEONE ANSWERS I state that I already have a driving license A and patent B. I was this morning in this office to ask for information and how to obtain the A2 license. I was able to see that this Office works exclusively for "Driving Schools". When I asked how long it takes after the presentation of the file to get the "Pink Sheet", I was told in a very evanescent way: 2/3 months and for the exam it is not in their ability to foresee or establish the times . This is when the driving schools guarantee immediate pink paper and examination at 40/50 days, for a total fee of 350.00 euros. Keep in mind that the official expenses for the motorization are € .72,00 for bulletins and the presentation of a medical certificate. But this PUBLIC OFFICE, with its employees and managers, how and for whom does it work? And these days not knowing is unacceptable

June 19, day of my theoretical exam booking 15 September my theory exam (passed) Time spent 3 months 15 September booking practical exam Date I will take the practical exam May 6, 2021 exactly 6 more months Duration to take a driving license 1 year I wait all this time why? Because I'm a private owner and I didn't go to driving school. I went to the DMV on Friday and a mess will happen if my exam date is not postponed. Then they demand that you drive with a license, but how can you wait a year for a license? The time in which I studied the book was exactly 10 days. A disgrace of service.

Unfortunately you cannot give 0 stars, otherwise I would have done it with my eyes closed ... 1 is too much. It goes without saying that it turns out to be an inefficient and dysfunctional service in every respect. I tried to call for information, it must have been chance and luck, an operator answered me, unable to solve the problem, asked me to wait; after a few minutes I got the call. I've been trying to call back ever since ... no answer ... My question now arises spontaneously ... what will the offices ever do that are never available?

the worst public body in existence. My son signed up as a private owner in September to obtain the A1 license. in December, after countless times in which we had to go back to the motorization offices, he managed to take the theoretical exam and pass it. after yet another morning of queues and arrogance by the staff in charge, my son managed to book the theoretical exam on 05/25/2021. Practically almost with expired pink sheet. Despite having pointed out the absurdity of the thing, an employee replied that there are dedicated dates for driving schools and therefore that was the first date available for private individuals. I think the only tool is to request access to the documents to check what the examination dates are and whether they are actually all already committed.
