NEGATIVE experience discouraged in the strongest terms. Nor do the checks issued by their account holders change.

Can not contact them by phone, (my only means currently live in 150 Km from it) said they had a problem with the exchange (from November we are now in March). Even writing an email, and asking to be ricontattatati do not. Payments that were supposed to be made were blocked (the money in the account, but the owner of it died) doing me a favor I admit it, the new director decided to block everything, but I have not received any communication of this, preventing me so to manage thing differently, I also creating major disruption. Bad service, absolute lack of communication, inability to contact them if not physically.

Branch office service: for example, the cash desk is only open in the morning with the inconvenience of the case.
