It is a visible glimpse from the main road, over the first bridge after the tunnel of the city center. Here the river passes and after fifty meters or a little less forms a curvature towards the west. Before the bend, it romantically flanks a loggia with Romanesque arches very close to the river and its waters. This makes the place look like an elven village from Tolkien's famous book. Whoever is in the loggia, leaning his arms on the sills of the arches, would see the river flow very close: imagine what emotion, which brings back to medieval fairy tale sensations. The arches of the loggia are eight, it is not known whether this structure belongs to a private palace or to a religious building, nor to what period it was erected, whether ancient or more recent. You can find some ducks bathing quietly and in the left part of the loggia, near the climbing ivy, a little hidden, it would seem to glimpse a stone sculpture on the water, depicting a trout fish, a typical inhabitant of these mountain rivers.
