Initially, and as soon as it opened it had become a great shop where I could easily find everything I needed. A little more than a year later, perhaps less than the inauguration, it has become a warehouse where goods are piled up, stored, badly placed in the aisles, sometimes not even leaving the space to pass with trolleys because between pallets and shop assistants with forklifts all a great chaos. To conclude at the cash desks, there are kilometric queues because obviously the shop assistants are all busy piling the products on the shelves. A total shame.
I'm sorry but I have to downgrade it below sufficiency.
I have been going to the shop for many years and I have to say that in my opinion it has improved since they moved. In my opinion, the clerks have gotten a bit worse because sometimes they respond in kind to the customer, or at the cashier once paid they start chatting with other employees and don't even say goodbye. It would take a little more courtesy.
Staff not so helpful! Very hot place! No air, it seems to be in summer! The speakers are not sliding, they are always open 1-2 especially on weekends when there are many people inside!
Friendly the saleswoman Loredana of the toy for my nephew. kind to help the customer find the desired item.
