You will find a heterogeneity of the members, in fact there are courses for all levels and ages. I recommend it to all those who like me want to train but also to find a group that will be like a second home. Parking is also very good. PS even during this "particular" period all the rules of spacing and hygiene are respected.

The hall is brand new as well as the equipment. The coaches transmit a lot of energy and work with passion and a lot of professionalism. The environment is clean and social distancing is respected thanks to marks on the floor, and all tools are sanitized after use. The courses available are varied and at different times so as to give everyone the opportunity to attend them. I recommend this structure to everyone because from the first lesson you feel at ease even if you are not an expert. You don't feel observed and judged but only motivated!

It includes daytime and evening courses of various kinds with trained and professional coaches who guarantee dedicated assistance even during group courses, forming a real community. The perfect mix that gives the right motivation. I have been attending it regularly for years and managing the reservations, the courses are never overcrowded, but there is always availability, given the variety of times offered. Changing rooms, bathrooms and showers are affected by time and use, but still clean.
