I have been attending the salon for several years where I bought, always with the utmost satisfaction, cars for me, my wife and my children. I will never stop praising Vincenzo and Emanuele, the young and nice owners, for the professional seriousness, education and kindness with which they treat their customers. They make you feel pampered and important even if you buy a used car, regardless of the price. The after-sales service is impeccable: out of seven cars purchased over time only once, I had a banal boredom which, in my opinion, was promptly resolved. I highly recommend Autostar Fondi, you will certainly be satisfied.

Hello, I bought a 2015 cross polo and from the second day of purchase I had some engine oil level problems. I have repeatedly reported the problem and I have also requested the 12 month warranty (throughout Italy) Since I'm from Sicily. The sales manager first replied that I had to take the car to Latina !!! Then he told me that to open the guarantee it cost him 250 € !!!! Then he told me he was blocking my contacts !!! Finally, I sent a registered letter with a reminder to intervene, to ensure that the car can be used without problems. And I didn't get any answers. It's been 8 months and the car hasn't been fixed. Having significant disadvantages. Unreliable and not very serious company They do not implement the warranties they indicate in all their announcements, and in the release thereof. I felt 'SCAMMED'.

I bought a touareg from 2006 not very satisfied ... So a 2-month summary I had the car checked and there is also a problem with the distribution, I now wonder but if you don't know how to do your job, close the shack and go hoeing , I strongly advise against this dealership, because when you sell a car regardless of what year it is you have to sell it with rules and measures ...
