Serious and reliable

It is said will be called back but then nothing.
Purchased used car and delivered with tires not compliant with the booklet and replaced after a week urging on my part with repeated calls.
After two days the machine was venting to the collector and they say that the warranty cannot be applied.
Car delivered without the possibility of opening with a remote control key due to a faulty control unit and here too no guarantee.
Only superficiality and lack of professionalism were found.
Only in terms of courtesy I can not say anything but overall I found myself not bad but very bad.
We bought a car yesterday in this center, we consider ourselves satisfied with both the welcome we have reserved, especially from the very nice Loredana Treglia, and the treatment of the owner.
