Bad experience, the employee who welcomed us for a feasibility of a mortgage, precisely for a mortgage substitution, was an incredible rudeness, has not even minimally committed to finding a solution to our problems, he even told us to turn to bank that we currently have .... Even when we entered the reception was a disaster, we were impaled without anyone telling us what we needed, the clerk looked at us but did not tell us anything, when I approached to tell him about the mortgage, as if we snobbasse has called the one for mortgages ...
